Payment methods accepted:
Debit/ credit cards and cash only. We accpect all these cards
All appointments which are scheduled to last over 1 hour will require a 50% pre payment to be made at the time of booking. This can be paid via cash, card or online booking this does not need to be made in person. the remaining balance will be charged after the treatment.
NEW & EXSITING CUSTOMERS:
you will be required to pay 50% upfront on treatments over 30mins
A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellation of all appointments. Where 24 hours notice is not provided 50% of the value of the treatment will be required. If you have paid a 50% deposit up front this will be non-refundable. If you have booked an appointment that is a course of treatments and cancel without the required notice one treatment will be deducted from the course . This is only the case if 24 hours notice is not provided. If there is no notfication for cancelling an appointment then 100% of the total treatment is required before being able to book another treatment.
All treatments booked during December will require 50% pre payment to be made at the time of booking with the remaining monies paid following the treatment. This is for all treatments regardless of price or length of the treatment.
AMENDMENTS TO APPOINTMENT:
If you require to change your treatment you should endeavour to give us as much notice as possible. Due to preparing for all treatments in advance this is vital to prevent stock loss and ensure all customer requests for appointments where possible.
